Additionally, although they claim to be U.S.-based, we found that the company is actually operated by individuals based in India.
Our experience with AssignmentKingdom was particularly disappointing due to the terrible communication. The agents were consistently rude and unprofessional, making the process even more frustrating. Although they claim to have a grade guarantee policy, many reviewers, including ourselves, have found that they often refuse to issue refunds when they fail to meet their grade promises.
